The transcription does a good job of capturing what person 1 said - I would love to be able to replace person 1 with their actual name.

It would be ideal if that could be source from the meeting invites, but if not being able to edit it would be fine.

Hey Terry! You can edit the assigned name for each speaker from the transcript tab by clicking any of the speaker tags. Can you please check if this works for you?

Hi Jay Song, I can see how to edit the text within a meeting and change "Speaker 1" to "Steve", is there a way that "Speaker 1" would then change to "Steve" throughout the meeting transcript and outline?

Toby vanRoojen Of course! If you enable the ‘Apply to all ‘Speaker N’’ toggle, it will change all instances throughout the transcript, outline, and notes. Let me know if this answers your question.
