Hi Terry,
This should ideally be a proper guide, but here are a few quick steps to follow:
Navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/com.taperlabs.shadow. (To quickly access this location, open Finder, press CMD + Shift + G, and paste the path.)
Compress everything in this folder.
Download and install Shadow on your new device from this link.
Open Shadow once and then close it.
Decompress the zip file into ~/Library/Application Support/com.taperlabs.shadow on your new device. (Make sure to overwrite everything.)
Open Shadow again.
