I would like to request the addition of a light mode UI to the application. Currently, the dark mode is functional, but offering a light mode option would provide users with more flexibility and comfort, particularly in well-lit environments.
Benefits:
  • Provides users with an alternative visual theme for varied lighting conditions.
  • Enhances accessibility for users who may prefer lighter themes.
Suggested Implementation:
  • A toggle in the settings menu to switch between dark mode and light mode.
  • An auto light/dark mode that respects macOS system setting.
  • Ensure that all text, icons, and background colors adjust appropriately to maintain legibility in both modes.
This would enhance overall user satisfaction by accommodating different preferences and environments.
