Your UI looks cool but I'd prefer a more subtle option where Shadow lives only in the Menubar and even the Dock icon can be hidden. This would mean I don't have to worry about people questioning about the tool when sharing the screen. Notifications could also become big no no for this reason - imagine Shadow detects improperly that the meeting ends and pops up a summary in the screen while I'm screen sharing - colleagues will understand I was trying to record them improperly - while in reality I'm only using the tool to help me focus on the meetings more without needing to take many notes. But I don't want to explain myself..
