Hey Bouker! Sorry to hear that Shadow didn’t understand your conversation. While Shadow doesn’t currently allow you to upload your audio, you can try regenerating the result by clicking the “Regenerate” button located at the top right of the screen.
I can’t say for sure what caused the issue, but it’s likely a known problem that we’re working on. A fundamental fix is planned for an upcoming release.

Jay Song Nope. That did not work. I restarted the computer and app and still nothing. Hope it gets fixed as it is not the first time it has happened. Uploading audio files would be a great feature since you don't have a phone app to record meetings.
